REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY

At BNG Konsulting, we strive to provide exceptional value-added services, including bespoke workforce solutions, call center support, back-office operations, virtual assistants, software development, bookkeeping, and administrative support. Because we cater to both corporate enterprises (B2B) and individual consumers (B2C), our terms are structured to ensure absolute transparency across all service tiers. All transactions, digital service setups, and subscription allocations processed through our website or associated payment networks are governed by the terms outlined below.
1. B2B Services (Business-to-Business)
- Resource Allocation: B2B fees represent the allocation of dedicated human resources, technical infrastructure, software licenses, and specialized labor hours. Therefore, unless explicitly stated otherwise in a separate signed Master Services Agreement (MSA) or Statement of Work (SOW), all enterprise fees paid are non-refundable.
- Project Milestones: For custom software developments or infrastructure setups, payments are divided into milestones. Once a milestone is reviewed, approved, and paid for by the client, that phase of work is considered completed and closed. Refunds will not be issued for completed milestones.
- B2B Contract Cancellation: Ongoing retainer services require a written notice sent via email. The standard notice period is 30 days unless a different timeline is specified in your dedicated client contract.
2. B2C Services & Subscriptions (Business-to-Consumer)
For individual consumers purchasing standardized digital packages, software licenses, or ad-hoc consulting sessions, the following consumer protection rules apply:
- Subscription Cancellations: You may cancel your monthly B2C subscription or software plan at any time through your user dashboard or by emailing our support team. Upon cancellation, your service will remain active until the end of your current paid billing cycle, and no further charges will be applied.
- Refund Eligibility: We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on select standardized B2C digital packages and automated software services if you are unable to use the service due to verifiable technical defects. Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the initial purchase date.
- Exclusions: Refunds are not available for B2C services that have already been fully rendered, such as completed one-on-one consultation hours or custom setup tasks.
3. General Cancellation Procedures
To cancel any service or subscription, please submit a formal request containing your account or contract details to sales@bngkonsulting.com.
- Cancellations submitted via phone or social media channels will not be considered valid.
- The processing timeline for an approved refund is 5 to 7 business days from the date of approval.
4. Payment Gateway & Transaction Charges
In rare cases where an accidental overpayment or duplicate billing occurs via our payment gateway, a refund for the excess amount will be processed back to the original payment source. Please note that international transaction fees, currency conversion losses, or gateway processing surcharges applied by financial institutions or third-party networks (e.g., Stripe, PayPal, Razorpay) are non-refundable and will be deducted from the total reversal amount.
5. Dispute Resolution & Service Adjustments
If you are dissatisfied with the quality of work or if a deliverable does not match the agreed-upon technical specifications, please contact us immediately:
- Notify your Account Manager or email sales@bngkonsulting.com within 7 business days of service delivery.
- BNG Konsulting will investigate the issue. If a deficiency in performance or a deviation from the contract scope is verified, we will correct, re-perform, or adjust the service at no additional cost to you.
